PREVIOUS GENERAL GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ALL CONGREGATION AND SERVICES
Guidelines – According to the law enforcement authorities, certain safety guidelines have to be followed, as we welcome you back:
  • At this time only Brothers in the age range of 12-65 years will be permitted in the center.
  • Only 20 brothers will be allowed on first-come-first-serve basis for daily Salah.
  • Only 50 brothers will be allowed on first-come-first-serve basis for Jummah Salah.
  • Face masks must be worn at all times while in the center.
  • Attendees must bring their own prayer rugs and stools/chairs (if needed). Avoid Sajdah on the Masjid carpet.
  • Bring a plastic bag for your shoes.
  • Attendees must perform Prayers only in the marked spots in the Prayer Hall to maintain physical distance.
  • Attendees to do Wudu at home before coming to Masjid. Restrooms shall remain temporarily closed.
  • Physical distance of 6 ft. must be maintained at all times.
  • No socializing before or after the prayers in the Masjid or in the Parking lot.
  • Avoid shaking of hands and embracing each other.
  • Attendees to leave promptly once the prayers are completed..
  • Perform your Sunnah and Nafl prayers at home.
Recommendations – In order to keep yourself and others safe, the below recommendations are highly emphasized:
  • Sisters, children (under 12 years), elderly people (over 65 years) and sick people or with other underlying medical condition or a front line healthcare worker seeing patients, pray at home.
  • If you have traveled in the past 14 days, pray at home.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of sickness, pray at home.
  • If you or someone you live with have come in contact with a positive COVID-19 person in the past 14 days, pray at home.
