Sadaqah (Charity) Donation
Sadaqah (Charity) is an act of giving something or a portion of your wealth to someone without seeking a substitute in return and with the sole and pure intention to please Allah (SWT). Sadaqah is a voluntary action with no minimum amount required and leads into the purification of self. If it’s done to show-off, it’s not considered a Sadaqah.
Sadaqah is what you give from what you possesses with a hope to get closer to Allah (SWT). Saqadah can be donating a portion of your wealth, or something material or can be a voluntary effort, or a kind word.
“Those who spend their wealth [in Allah ‘s way] by night and by day, secretly and publicly – they will have their reward with their Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.” (Quran Surah Al-Baqarah 2:274)
All donations to MACA are tax-eligible.

Important Note: Please consider adding approximately 2.3% when making online payment to your total Sadaqah donation amount — this will compensate for transaction fees deducted from your donation amount by the credit card companies, and will ensure that your intended Sadaqah amount is paid in full.
