We’re sad to announce that Br. Mamoun Alkiyal, father of our Board of Trustees, Br Bilal Alkiyal has passed away this morning. He was living with his younger son in Florida and succumbed to his illness from terminal colon cancer.
Br. Bilal and his family are headed to Florida where, Insha-Allah, the Salatul Janazah (funeral prayer) and the burial will be performed.
We Pray:
May Allah have mercy on his soul, forgive him and grant him the highest levels of Jannatul Firdaus. May Allah give his family strength to overcome this great loss and reward them for their patience. Ameen.
